TERMS OF TRADE

Payment is required on the day of service

If you have Health Insurance we will arrange this with you prior to your appointment.  You may have a co-payment to make on the day of service depending on your policy type.

Overdue Accounts

If all or part of your account overdue, we will ask you to pay before any service is provided unless it is a medical emergency.

If you do not pay by the due date, we reserve the right to refer your account to a debt collection agency. This will cost approximately 15% more than the original amount you owe, plus legal fees.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be recorded with the Credit Reporting Authority and this will adversely affect your ability to obtain credit with other businesses.
